Jesse hails from Lenoir, NC, where he lives with his wife, Kelly, and their 3 cats and a dog. They have 4 adult children who they enjoy spending time with. Jesse has a diverse background which started when he joined the United States Air Force where he served 9 years as a firefighter and spent 7 of those years stationed in Europe. After leaving the military, he spent some time working in law enforcement before becoming a corporate trainer. After moving to North Carolina he attended Appalachian State University where he earned a degree in Social Studies/History, Secondary Education. He eventually retired from teaching and spent short spells as a Training Coordinator and a Learning Experience Designer before joining Anvil. In his spare time, he loves to travel, read (especially history books) and play video games.
